Write two haiku about something that has been: engraved.

  1. The prompts are starting to come together now, though you're posting them in a cryptic order! You were engraving something which you intended to then apply glitter to, and now whatever it was that you engraved is wounded... this sounds like a Christmas mishap!

Fire, so when she died (at last!)
    She was just en-graved.

  3. Greg - I knew I could trust you to come up with some convoluted connection between the prompts :P

I am... impressed that you managed to contort the prompt in each of your haiku, in quite different ways. I think I like your first best - that 'at last!' really adds a nice touch to it.

Morganna - this is lovely. Nicely done :)
