The day after... Madame Sosostris stirs, her hangover Beats war drum rhythms in her head. She wishes - almost - that she were dead. But the future Must be observed. She deals the cards again.
Greg - dinner was delayed enough that we basically mingled, ate dinner, had dessert, then got out of there. The wine at the table was decent, at least.
Nice choice for this prompt. I can certainly picture Madame Sosostris with a hangover, and it is not a pretty image...
