The exercise:

Write a four line poem about: innocence.

Last Saturday of June already, huh? Guess we're at the halfway point now.

Mine:

Clyde was innocent - relatively speaking -
While Charlie was the true threat.
Would he seek vengeance with his usual zest?
Well, that was a real safe bet.

  1. Ah, so we have named brothers now, which just seems like they're (well one of them at least) is going to get involved. Which can't be good: a murderous brother and a homicidal robots and the Master hiding out with two more robots... this promises to get exciting!

    Innocence
The ship withdraws from this forsaken isle
Where innocence was slain and then denial
Was brought to hide these deeds. The robot comes,
The Shadow shudders; Fate begins to smile.

And thus ends Part II. Part III gets to start in July :)

  2. Greg - indeed. Still no actual plan, but the possibility of a coherent ending seems to be coalescing.

Ah, look at that. Our Parts II and III aren't too far off from each other.

Really enjoyed the first two and a half lines, but the whole thing is pretty great.
