I think this poem might be a bit different to the last ones as I really have no idea where this is going yet. I mean, I have some ideas about what lies ahead, but I'm very much exploring :)
A refuge As I pass the half-way point it triggers something: the world around me reacts to my presence and I hear The endless sighing of ghosts. The ship shudders and rights itself And a deathtrap becomes a refuge.
This is a great entry! I love the turn you bring in with the... well, I was going to say final two lines but it's more like three and a half. Either way. Good stuff!
