Write a four line poem about: comprehension.

  1. A little late, and honestly probably not worth waiting for either, but I'm still trying to figure out what the end is going to be as we're almost two-thirds of the way through the year now!

    Comprehension
    The captain shoots him in the head, from behind;
    His face explodes and I avert my eyes from the scattering of his mind
    Through the salty, filthy water that’s ankle-deep.
    I shake my head, I lack comprehension of what’s happening.

  2. Greg - yes well, endings write themselves, don't they? That's what I keep telling myself at any rate...

    Woo, that was unexpected. And I can feel for your narrator... I hope we all get an explanation at some point! Including you... :)
