The exercise:
Write a four line poem about something that is: for the birds.
Hmm, birds at night? Night-birds then?For the birdsHe squirrels his way along branchesThat bend under his weight and whip as he departs.“Birds or bats?” asks a guard as Red drifts past.“Better be birds!” — those are words from the heart.
Greg - ugh. Fine, glad you were able to make use of the night birds to help Red out.Did enjoy the picture this one painted, between Red's movements and the guard's reaction.
