The exercise:
Write four lines of prose about: a presentation.
My final assignment for the course is due Sunday night but I'm hoping to finish it tomorrow morning. I get to record myself giving a presentation to the Board of Directors, who will thankfully never see the recording - just my teacher and classmates.
Feeling quite glad that I get to do it at my desk as many times as needed to get it "right", rather than doing it in front of a live audience.

So will the Board of Directors be watching the (live) presentation while you're recording it as well, or are you recording the presentation separately and then making the presentation to the Board without the cameras?
Either way, good luck with it! I'm sure it will be easier than you think and I hope you have fun doing it :)
The presentation
"And the next guest is... Cinderella!" said the Master of Ceremonies. All eyes turned to see the young girl at the top of the ballroom stairs, wearing glass slippers and a baby-blue chiffon ballgown.
"That's hardly suitable attire for cleaning the kitchen," said the Queen frowning, "it's barely presentable! Get her out of here and tell my son he's to pick a wife from his peers, not the staff."
Greg - no, it was just for the assignment and part of my final mark, though at least one of my classmates did present to their council, and it sounds like a few more are planning to.
My bylaw was strictly an exercise for the course, as I couldn't find an appropriate one to do that was actually work related.
Thank goodness.
But yes, in the end I did have some fun with it.
Hah, an unexpected turn of events for Cinderella, that's for sure!
