The exercise:

An extra day of February? You shouldn't have. Really.

Write a four line poem about: seeing red.

I guess the time has come to name the man in the hospital bed then since that prompt is definitely a hint to me to get on with it :)

Seeing Red
Her anger is palpable, prowling the room like a cat,
Peering into the corners, staring at shadows, seeing red.
Then leaping up on the bed and seeing the occupant,
Seeing Red a little bit broken but not dead. Yet.

Greg - hmm, I seem to have let some more hints slip through my fingers again. My, uh, apologies.

Love the description of the anger. Not so crazy about that 'yet', but I have some semblance of faith that you wouldn't dare go that route.

Probably.

Well, I mean, everybody dies *eventually*, I guess...
