Hmm, well, being stuck back on a ship you can't sail in an unforgiving ocean on a world that's maybe not your own is déjà vu? I guess it might be, at that :)

Déjà vu
As the Clarity sails away Leviathan breaks the surface on the other side
And rainbows hang in the water he throws up into the air.
Déjà vu becomes Préjà vu, the feeling of knowing that I will have
Seen this all before. Impossibly, I can see a shore.

Greg - I figured it was a safe enough prompt for your poetic tale :)

Hmm. I hope the landing Leviathan pushes your narrator toward shore, rather than away from it. But I suppose we're only in September so there's still plenty of time for things to go wrong before the conclusion!
