Write two haiku about: the pursuit of perfection.

Hmm, this feels like it's referencing your book, so I guess the editing is going well :)
You asked, on Saturday's poem, how Sosotris is pronounced: it's so-SO-tris (or given my British accent, probably suh-SO-tr'ss) with the stress on the second syllable. And I now have to confess that I'm writing the poem in iambic pentameter, so the rhythm should help you remember :)

The pursuit of perfection
Measure once, cut twice,
A bit more off the sides... I'll
Kill you if it's wrong.

Easy to pretend
Most things are perfect, but your
Eyes need replacing....

[I agree with the idea that 95% is better than 100% in most things, as it's achievable, and you can't please everybody.]

Greg - I seem to have stalled a bit again, actually. I'll get myself back on track shortly though.

Ah, thank you for that. I was definitely pronouncing it wrong.

Your second one is especially enjoyable this go around, and its creepiness makes it an easy favorite this week.
