I happened upon this post when searching for characters to use today, and since the Master and Buddy will appear soon it seemed auspicious. So it's back to Dave and Vince :)
The entomologist "Vince, we're trying to break into a vault containing diamonds and first editions by Marlowe, Shakespeare and Spenser. Tell me why you've brought two freaks obsessed with insects along?" "You asked for an entomologist and a lepidopterist, Dave, written right here on your list." "Give me that... damn it all Vince, couldn't you see I meant an etymologist and a lapidary?"

Had to look most of that stuff up. Turns out? All perfectly suited for a Dave and Vince adventure. Plus I learned some things! :)
