We're making the announcement to the office on Monday morning, so I will have an update on Tuesday for you -- I think that'll be on your Monday post though :) Time is weird like that. Speaking of time, we're approaching the solstice, which is nice, and Malta seems to have avoided the worst of the heatwave so far, but I doubt that'll last long.

Serenity
But the airfield is closed, which causes me grief
It breaks my serenity; I heave a deep sigh.
I still need a plane to be an international thief
And thinking about it, I should learn how to fly.

"Book Hangover"
The sequel to hardship, that elated time-stopping feeling.
The epilogue's epilogue, elusive in its meaning.
Tears of Sadness or Joy, an enjoyable hangover,
To be content or wanting more, willing to start over.

Greg - oh right, your announcement! I'd nearly forgotten :(

I shall try to get at least that far with comments tonight.

Still amazed you've kept this poem going in this format for so long.

Unknown - wow, that is excellent work. I really enjoyed your poem - thank you for sharing it with us and I hope to see more from you around here!

(My apologies for the delayed response. You can ask Greg, it happens a lot around these parts)
