You did check the region-protection on your vaccine before you got it, right? If you've taken a vaccine that isn't Region 3 (Canada, Mexico, the Aleutian Islands, Fiji and Monaco) then your super-powers won't be unlocked.

Greg - dang it. Now I have to wait to travel before my powers kick in? This whole process is buullllllllllllllll shiiiiiiiiiiiit.
