The exercise:

The topic for this week's four line poem is: traffic.

Mine:

I wish these other drivers,
My fellow nine-to-fivers,
Would stop thinking it's uncool
To take transit and carpool.

dude, speaking as an eight-thirty to four-thirtier (as opposed to a nine to fiver), public transport doesn't always support those who commute in from the suburbs. As much as I hate the drive in and the drive out, it beats waiting for busses that never seem to come. Or come once an hour. So until they improve the transport system and make it as efficient as NYC or London, most of us in the 'burbs are still stuck commuting. Sucks, I know.
