I thought you were going to try out booking the first day after a long weekend as a holiday to see if Wednesday was easier by comparison? Although with the smoke about, maybe that wasn't a very appealing idea this time round.
Esoteric Her cakes are sublime. Her recipes are oddly Esoteric though.
