How is it the last day of February already? That was some kind of quick.
For this week's four line poem the starter shall be... the invitation.
Mine:
The writing is crisp and clear,
Without any hint of fear;
You would never really know
She doesn't want you to go.

It's already March here in the UK, but yeah, February has gone pretty quickly this year. At least it had pancake day to cheer things up a little!

You built for me an edifice, of stone and steel and glass,
And invited me to enter in, saying time would never pass
Within its walls and inside its halls and on its floors of grey.
I heard the warning in your voice and cast your invitation away.
Ooh, I like yours a lot. Isn't it great how much meaning and emotion can be crammed into just four lines?
